# Overview

> Pre-built workflow templates for common healthcare and insurance systems, grouped by what they do.

<Tip>
  We grant catalog access per organization. [Book a demo](https://asteroid.ai/demo) to get access.
</Tip>

Catalog is a library of ready-made workflow templates. Each template already knows how to work a specific
system and task. Clone one, add your own credentials, and run it.

## How it works

1. **Browse** a template. A locked template shows what it does, but you cannot run it yet.
2. **Clone** a template you have access to. Cloning copies it into your organization and asks for your
   credentials.
3. **Run** it like any other workflow. Watch it live, and adjust it if your process differs.

## Categories

| Category | What it covers |
| :- | :- |
| EHR extraction and write-back | Pull records from an EHR, or write updates back into one. |
| Scheduling | Book, check, and manage appointments. |
| Medicare enrollment | Enroll members in Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Medigap plans. |
| Prior authorization | Submit prior authorization requests and check their status. |
| Referral intake | Accept and process referrals between providers. |
| Claims and denials | Submit claims and manage denials with payers. |
| Member enrollment | Enroll members in ACA and ICHRA health plans. |
| Credentialing and verification | Verify and credential providers against source registries. |
| Provider enrollment | Enroll providers with payers as participating providers. |
| Care management operations | Run the day-to-day operations behind a care management program. |
| Eligibility and benefits | Check a patient's eligibility and benefits before a visit. |
| P\&C insurance operations | Run policy and claims operations for property and casualty insurance. |

Do not see the system or task you need. Ask your account team. Most gaps close with a new template, not new
product work.
